About the show: Survivor was formed by Frankie Sullivan and Jim Peterik in Chicago during 1977. They are best known for their song “Eye of The Tiger” that was written for Rocky III and brought the band to national attention. They went on to create a string of hit singles such as “I Can’t Hold Back,” “High on You,” “The Search is Over” and “Is This Love.” While the band continued to tour worldwide they managed time to record “Burning Heart,” which is the title track for Rock IV.
